Terms of Service

  • Commissions are for personal use only.

  • The artwork may not be edited without my consent.

  • The artwork may not be reproduced or sold to third parties.

  • The artwork may not be used to train Generative AI.

  • Payments will be made via PayPal.

  • Full payment upfront, or after a very rough sketch in the case of complex commissions.

  • No refunds unless I find myself unable to finish the commission due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • Prices may vary depending on complexity.

  • The estimated timeframe is two weeks, but it can vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my own schedule.

  • I will provide updates on the progress of the commission.

  • Up to 5 small changes are allowed for free after completion.

  • Major changes after the approved sketch will incur addictional charges and may alter the estimated timeframe.

  • I reserve the full rights to the artwork and its distribution, unless otherwise agreed upon.
